1. This Privacy Policy is an addition to the Terms and Conditions of the Online Store operated under the domain jadpunk.pl, and the terms used herein have the meanings assigned to them in the content of the Terms and Conditions.
2. The Privacy Policy defines the rules for collecting, processing, and using personal data obtained by the Seller during the provision of Services and in connection with placing an Order and concluding a Sales Agreement.
3. The Seller places special emphasis on protecting the privacy of Customers, fully respecting the provisions of the Act of August 29, 1997, on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 922).
4. The data controller for Customers' personal data is the Seller, i.e., jadpunk.pl.

5. Customers' personal data is collected when creating a Customer Account, as well as when placing an Order in the Online Store and executing the concluded Sales Agreement.
6. Creating a Customer Account involves processing personal data, including the data specified in the Registration Form, i.e., first name, last name, and email address.
7. Providing personal data included in the Registration Form is voluntary; however, it is a necessary condition for using the Customer Account Service.
8. If the Customer wishes to supplement or change their data after creating the Customer Account, the processing of personal data will additionally include the shipping and/or billing information provided by the Customer, such as: first name, last name, company name, phone number, street, house number, city, postal code, and country. Providing additional shipping and/or billing data is voluntary.
9. The personal data provided by the Customer during the creation or use of the Customer Account will be processed solely for the purpose of registering the Customer Account and managing the Account, and in the case of placing an Order through logging into the Customer Account, also for the purpose of fulfilling the Order, delivering the purchased Product to the Customer, and processing the payment.
10. Placing an Order in the Online Store involves processing personal data, including the data specified in the Order Form, such as first name, last name, email address, phone number, street, house number, postal code, and city. If the Customer wishes to receive a VAT invoice, the data necessary for its issuance will also be processed, including company name, NIP (tax identification number), street, house number, and city.
11. Providing personal data included in the Order Form is voluntary; however, it is a necessary condition for placing an Order and fulfilling the concluded Sales Agreement.
12. The personal data provided by the Customer during the Order placement will be processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling the Order, including delivering the purchased Product to the Customer and processing the payment.
13. While using the Online Store, additional technical information is automatically collected regarding the customer's computer equipment, browser, and system, such as the IP address or the external IP address of the internet service provider, domain name, browser type, access time, and operating system type.
14. The Seller commits to not disclosing the Customer's personal data to third parties, except as provided in sections 15 and 16 of the Privacy Policy. The disclosure of the Customer's personal data may only occur in accordance with the provisions of applicable law.
15. The Seller ensures the security of the personal data of Customers obtained during the registration of the Customer Account, as well as during its use, and also during the placement of the Order by the Customer and the execution of the Sales Agreement.
16. The Seller commits to protecting Customers' personal data from unauthorized acquisition and modification, and ensuring the confidentiality of the content of the communication comprising the provided Services, particularly by implementing and maintaining appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of processed data, especially through the use of appropriate cryptographic techniques.
17. The Customer with a Customer Account has the ability at any time to access their personal data and to correct, complete, or change it, either directly by logging into their created Customer Account in the Online Store, or by contacting the Seller in any way using the Seller's contact details provided in § 1 section 2 point 8 of the Terms and Conditions and in point 3 of the Privacy Policy.
18. The Customer who does not have a Customer Account has the ability at any time to access their personal data and to correct, complete, or change it, by contacting the Seller in any way using the Seller's contact details provided in § 1 section 2 point 8 of the Terms and Conditions and in point 4 of the Privacy Policy.
19. The Customer has the ability to request the completion, updating, correction of their personal data, the temporary or permanent suspension of its processing, or its deletion if the data is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or was collected in violation of the law or the principles of data processing.

20. COOKIES
23. The Seller introduces the following cookie policy
(a) The online store operating under the domain jadpunk.pl uses cookies (so-called cookies)

'Persistent' cookies are stored on the User's device for a period specified in the cookie parameters or until they are deleted by the User.

(h) Limiting the use of cookies may affect some functionalities available on the domain of the Online Store.
(i) The Client consents to the use of cookies by clicking on the 'Allow cookies' command after opening the domain of the Online Store and displaying the information regarding cookies, by using the Online Store and not making changes to the browser settings.
24. The seller is entitled to make changes to the Privacy Policy. Such changes become binding for the Customer once they are posted on the Online Store.
25. Any comments or suggestions are welcome in order to improve the quality of the services provided. We invite you to send them to the Seller in any way, using the contact details provided by the Seller in § 1 section 2 point 8 of the Terms and Conditions and in point 4 of the Privacy Policy.
